Nature of the Resource

This is a private reference that points to Ogle County Jail, Sheriff records, Judici, Illinois VINE, IDOC, PRB, BOP, ICE, and outside research tools. It does not store official government records. We cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a court or records document, or change an agency entry.

Acceptable Use Rules

By using the resource, you agree that you will not:

• violate a federal, Illinois, or local law;
• use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm anyone;
• base hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar decisions on site content;
• seek access to accounts, systems, or data without permission;

No Consumer Reports

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do not provide credit reports, consumer reports, background checks, or screening services, and neither do advertising partners acting through this site. You agree not to use any information for:

• tenant selection or housing decisions;
• creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
• license, permit, or government-program eligibility;

Illinois Law Controls

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Illinois.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
